Silicon Photonics: Build Your Own Thermo-Optic Modulator
We are offering a unique 3-day opportunity to step inside our world-class cleanrooms and witness:
- Deep-UV projection lithography
- Silicon etching
- Cladding deposition
- Metallisation
- Dicing
- Wafer-scale-testing
Our experts will be on hand to answer any questions throughout the day. You’ll even get to take the fabricated photonics chip home with you!
